MyPixAI is a platform that allows you to create personalized AI models using your selfies. These models can then generate realistic AI photos of you in various scenarios, outfits, and expressions. It's a cost-effective alternative to traditional photography, accessible from your mobile device or computer.

Once you've completed registration, you'll need to select a subscription plan. After that, you can start using our preset photo shoot templates to create AI-generated images of yourself.

For best results, upload a diverse set of images including close-ups and full-body shots in different locations, angles, outfits, and expressions. Avoid uploading repetitive photos, group pictures, images with other people, or photos where you're wearing sunglasses, hats, or your face isn't fully visible.

We support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF file formats. HEIC files aren't currently supported, so you'll need to convert those to JPEG before uploading.

Based on current processing times, creating an AI character typically takes around 5-10 minutes.

With our current processing capabilities, it takes approximately 7-10 seconds to generate one photo. However, you have the option to generate up to 16 photos simultaneously.

We use your photos solely for the purpose of creating your AI character. Protecting your data privacy and security is our highest priority.

The accuracy of the AI photos depends on the quality and variety of the images you provide. More diverse and high-quality uploads result in a more accurate representation of your unique features. We're continuously improving our models to enhance accuracy.

No, using photos of children or minors is strictly prohibited. Our service is exclusively for adults (18+). Moreover, AI results can be unpredictable with children's photos, so it's best to avoid this entirely.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. When logged in, click 'Billing' at the top of MyPixAI. This will take you to Stripe's billing portal where you can manage invoices, change plans, or cancel your subscription.

If you're not logged in, first attempt to log in by entering your email on MyPixAI's homepage and following the link sent to your email. If you still can't log in, click 'Billing' on MyPixAI's homepage and enter your signup email on Stripe's portal. Stripe will email you a login link to manage your subscription.

We're unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with AI model creation and photo generation. Our upstream providers don't allow us to request refunds for GPU processing time, which would result in a loss for us. By signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
